YOGA STYLES

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice, which links movement to the rhythm of breath.

Just as your body changes every day, each class will be different – sometimes slow and grounded, with long holds designed to foster your connection with the ground beneath you; at other times quick and playful, with a focus on the beauty in shifting through transitions. In either case, expect to delve into a deeper understanding of your body through asana.

HOT YOGA (HOT HATHA)

This all-levels Hatha based class takes you through a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each yoga asana prepares you for the next, and progresses through a well rounded, full body practice.

Normally, this class is taught in a room heated to 40 degrees Celsius, with 40% added humidity.
